At The Cakeman, Franco discusses the whole function whether it is a wedding, birthday, christening or special occasion. The ultimate cake is then designed according to the input from the client, the venue, the theme and colour scheme.

The choice of cakes are:

chocolate sponge
carrot cake
Italian sponge - very similar to a tira-mi-su
or vanilla sponge
or any other cake to your specification

Wedding cakes can be a combination of these depending on the taste of the bride and the groom. The top tier being fruitcake for christening or anniversary. The fruitcake keeps for years. We also do miniature cakes that can be used as bonboniers, as well as wrapped cake pieces.

All the cakes are individually priced due to the different combinations. The best is to make an appointment to see Franco for your personalised design and quotation. Franco also delivers the cakes to the venue. If the cakes have to travel far, they are boxed carefully and explanations are given for assembly.
